I was just wondering if there is an age limit to starting flying lessons? And how old can you be to get your student pilots license and your pilots license?
I was just wondering what’s the youngest age to start learning how to fly a plane? And how old can you be to get your student pilots license and your pilots license? And what type of plane is most common to take lessons? I need some info. Thank you!

Also, how old do you have to be to drive in a car to say McDonalds or the mall by yourself in NY?

I have a Nissan Pathfinder, but would like to know the general rule of thumb to have automotive brakes inspected and possibly shoes & pads replaced in order to avoid complete replacement of rotors and brakes every couple of years.

My Dexter electric trailer brakes on my travel trailer are size 10" x 1 1/2".
Electric current causes a magnet to contact the inside of the brake drum to engage a lever that pushes the brake shoes against the drum to slow down the trailer. Can the contact surfaces of both the magnet and the brake drum be machined flat to achieve a better contact area? How much of the metal surface of the magnet can be removed before it becomes useless?
