67 mustang dual brake light stays on?
i bought a 67 mustang, in good condition but the dash wiring harness was fried, so i replaced it, i don’t know if theres a problem with the wiring or with the brakes, don’t no much about this type of brake system, the dual brake light stays on when you start the car, even reving the motor nothing turns it off. hope someone can help me out. thanks.

Well by dual brakes, I assume you mean both brake lights on the back of the car, Do they go off if you reach down and pull up on the brake pedal,? if so you just need to adjust the brake light switch under the dash, if they dont go off, then I would start tracing wires it will be a process but to do it right,, Now,, If you mean the Brake light on the dash that says Brake, check the brake fluid in the master cylinder under the hood,, if its full you may just need to bleed the brakes and get air out of the lines, Check with your local city library for books on auto repair
