I have sold many Tracker’s while at a GM dealer its a tough little SUV and a good choice.
Good to see you done some homework, as for value go to this link to see how I check a car http://www.usedcartips.org/TESTDRI.html I don’t expect you to be an expert overnight but it will help you building value.
As for price if vehicle is in excellent condition the price is not to far off, if you want to play the cat and mouse game offer $2300. and walk away, i mean leave, my guess is salesperson will hit you with a counter offer, if not, then you have the satisfaction knowing you got the best deal.
If you go to my website there is a web page how to negotiate along with how dealers negotiate, good luck

Go to the Kelly Blue Book website, I think it’s http://www.kellybluebook.com and enter everything you know about the car’s condition. They’ll tell you the value of the car.
Good luck!
